BRYAN WHITMER CABRERA, ESQ.

OF COUNSEL
10+ years of experience

BIO

Bryan Whitmer Cabrera has been practicing law for ten years. He has successfully litigated cases from inception to settlement or judgment in the areas of Landlord/Tenant, Personal Injury, Employment, Business Litigation, and Civil Rights. Bryan is an aggressive attorney who has successfully litigated cases on behalf of both landlords and tenants and against very large law firms. Growing up in Chicago, going to college in Boston, and spending time living in New York, San Francisco, and San Diego has greatly broadened Bryan’s skills when it comes to relating with people.

Bryan believes that the relationship between the client and the attorney is the most important part about handling the case at hand. Bryan goes the extra mile to make sure his clients stay informed and understand the process and the possible outcomes of their situations.

CRAIG J. BEAUCHAMP, ESQ.

OF COUNSEL
20+ years of experience

BIO

Craig J. Beauchamp is a highly-experienced and skilled practitioner, with more than two decades of experience in bankruptcy, employment law, civil litigation, wills and trusts, and residential real estate law. Ms. Beauchamp’s professional experience consists of handling a wide variety of legal matters from simple to complex civil litigation cases including but not limited to adverse bankruptcy proceedings, foreclosure defense cases, real estate and construction litigation cases, breach of contract litigation, employment discrimination and wrongful termination cases, and debt defense litigation against creditors.

Ms. Beauchamp is a skilled negotiator with a certificate in mediation. She has helped many clients avoid the costs of litigation as a result because in some cases, litigation is not always the best option, but the option of last resort.

Ms. Beauchamp started out as an appellate attorney after graduation from law school, and she is willing to handle both civil and criminal appeals.

Most importantly, Ms. Beauchamp practices a form of “holistic lawyering” by which she means that she treats the whole person and not just their legal matter at hand. Litigation or bankruptcy can be stressful, and Ms. Beauchamp believes that by working with her clients through the process step by step, she can help them understand what is happening and help them move forward regardless of the outcome of that legal matter.
